Jars are double-sealed, shrink-wrapped and cushioned inside a rigid carton. The oil layer on top naturally preserves the pieces during transit. Orders of 1 kg and above ship as multiple sealed 500 g jars.

Unopened: about 3 months refrigerated. After opening: 30-45 days depending on the variety, refrigerated, using a clean dry spoon every time, keeping the oil layer above the pieces.

Fish pickle contains fish; prawn pickle contains crustacean shellfish. All varieties use gingelly (sesame) oil and mustard. Full allergen lists appear on each product page and every jar label.
