Jars are double-sealed, shrink-wrapped and cushioned inside a rigid carton. The oil layer on top naturally preserves the pieces during transit.

Unopened: about 3 months refrigerated. After opening: 30-45 days depending on the variety, refrigerated, using a clean dry spoon every time, keeping the oil layer above the pieces.

Fish pickle contains fish; prawn pickle contains crustacean shellfish. All varieties use gingelly (sesame) oil and mustard. Full allergen lists appear on each product page and every jar label.

Yes. As soon as your order ships you receive the courier and tracking (AWB) number. The Track Order page shows every stage: confirmed, preparing, packed, shipped, out for delivery, delivered.

Send a photo of the damaged jar and packaging within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it free. See the Cancellation & Replacement policy for details.

We ship across India via courier partners. If a pincode turns out to be unserviceable after you order, we contact you right away and refund in full.
